• Where is the store based?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Payment in full is required to process your order. Processing of orders can take 6-8 weeks for completion before it is shipped via USPS* or 2-3 weeks with Rush Orders. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International orders can take 5-14 days to arrive. International Customers are responsible for any customs fee.

  *Adena360 is not responsible for package once it's been received by USPS.

  ** Please keep in mind that each unit takes time to create by hand so please be patient and wait the allotted time before contacting us. I do not work well under pressure so please be patient and wait until you receive your picture of completion. Thank you.

• What If I decide not to wait for my order to complete?

  In this circumstance, I will honor a full refund if you cancel your order within 48 hours. If it's past that timeframe and customer is not willing to wait their 3 weeks(rushed) or 5-6 weeks(non-rushed) customer will receive refund of all but $50 non refundable fee for the inconvenience or 50% for special custom colors.

  Please understand I am one person and each unit is handmade with love and require time to make. If you’re unwilling to wait please order when you are ready to wait patiently. Please feel free to email [email protected] if you would like know the current turn around time.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! Please make sure address is deliverable with USPS. shipping time may take up to 14 days

• Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

  Although it's best to ship to residential addresses, we will ship to postal boxes.

• What form of payments do you accept.

  All major credit/debit cards accepted or Paypal. Shipping address must be same as PayPal shipping address. By submitting payment, you agree to wait timeframe to receive order and adhere to refund policy.

• Can I custom my order?

  Yes. Please email me ([email protected]) to custom make your order such as different colors not listed, size, length, or hair texture such as kinky twists.

• Can I style my wig.

  Styling is limited on lacefront wigs and depends on each customers creative skills. You can put front up and leave back down.

• (PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING) Is there anyway I can get my order before 8 weeks?

  For an additional fee Please add on rush order to receive your order in 4 weeks.

  I try my best to offer great customer service. It gets aggravating/overwhelming when I am being rushed or asked "what's the status of my order" when you just placed an order and haven't allowed processing time to get here. A generic email would be sent for people who would still ask, reminding you to allow time to process order. Pictures are sent upon completion to confirm order is complete. Please allow 24-48 hours (M-Fr) for a response to your emails. Please do not send multiple emails because other customers email may get overlooked.. I am just one person and I have other obligations and orders which is the reason for the long turnaround time. * Please understand the timeframe is only an estimate because I am only one person handling all orders and unforseen circumstances may happen. If their may be a delay, it'll be 2 weeks. If you decide not to wait for your order a $50 non-refundable is charged. Each unit takes time to make and are made to order. It may not be a good idea to order if you don't have patience. There is NO REFUNDs on processed orders. I do NOT work well under pressure. Please be considerate of myself and others as I work diligently to make your unit with Love.
